Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee West

I had a wonderful experience with my family. It’s was clean, safe we had free breakfast every morning. Absolutely enjoy the time at the hotel, no Complaints! I highly recommend it.

Quiet location, felt safe with family

My family of 14 stayed here, utilizing 4 rooms. Accommodations were great! Grandchildren used the pool. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Great hotel to stay in. They offer a shuttle to the Brewers game and definitely the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in Milwaukee. Great breakfast. Great hotel for the family considering everything is all around you. Highly recommend

My family had a great stay. Hotel is new and very clean. Close proximity to Miller Park and free shuttle will take you there. Breakfast was excellent...good variety and several hot options.

This hotel has great free parking, nice rooms and a fantastic free breakfast buffet. I would not stay here again though if we are bringing our kids. Twice we were told that no food or drinks can be in the pool area. Once I was asked to throw away my can of soda and the second time I was asked to not bring in my plastic bottle of water. It is hot in the pool area and to not have drinks allowed was really inhospitable. Also, we went to the pool several times and saw others eating and drinking in the pool area at the tables and they were not asked to remove these items so I guess it depends on who is working and how busy they are. Not very friendly to be asked to get rid of your cheez-its and bottled water, especially since nothing was glass and my water bottle was a refillable bottle.

Clean. Spacious rooms. Thin walls and door. lots of hallway noise and noise from kids next door.

Too bad experience. I booked a room with two queen beds for my wife, myself, and two kids. After we drove for 6 hours, we were really tired. The front desk gave us the first room which was not well cleaned. All trash bags were left in the room. I told the front desk and received the second room and again it was not cleaned, as shown in the picture. I asked why two rooms were not cleaned but given to us. He told me that the system showed it was cleaned. Then he told me that no double-queen-bed room is availalbe. He just gave me a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no comforter, so I asked him to offer a conforter. He said that they don't have extra comforters. It is difficult for two adults, one 6-year kid and one 10-year kid to sleep in a single king bed. The sofa bed is too soft and of course kids didn't want to sleep there. A frustrating night over there. We will not use this hotel again.
