This was a case of form over substance. Very clean and beautifully decorated, however, the desk lamp didn't work, the safe didn't work, the fan ran full blast for the entire stay, the was no body wash in the shower dispenser and the toilet paper holder was broken. We arrived from out of state to visit a gravely ill family member in hospital nearby. I mention this because we simply didn't have time to address any room deficiencies with the hotel staff.

This hotel is beautiful and the people who work there are amazing professionals who care about their guests. That’s why I keep coming back to stay when I visit my kids. Great good and cocktails too!

Paid for parking paid for WiFi, was on the list for hotels for family members with family at the Froedtert Hospital. Was told the discount was only for doctors.

The creepy pictures of the snakes and blood in the room was a little off putting, esp for kids. The room was very modern and up to date.
