Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Brookfield Conference Center, WI

Fifteen unsupervised children in the pool eating Chipotle and pouring Gatorade in the water. All the pool furniture was taken outside by a group of drunk adults. Cases of beer, cans, and coolers just dumped all over. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they were aware of the problematic guest group and had already received numerous complaints, but they were leaving soon and could not do anything about it. I was given an apology and a McDonalds gift card. Not a family friendly stay for us and our young children. This place is a frat house, not a Hilton.

After a long day of travel this stay was a bit of a splurge but so worth it. Room was amazing and slept like babies.

Pool was full of kiddos, but it was the fair week

The hotel is fine for a short family getaway, except it had one issue that bothered me. They have the smoke detector facing the side of the bed and it has a very bright flashing light. I asked the front desk about it. The women said people complain all the time about it and people have set off smoke alarms trying to cover it. In order to sleep you had to face the other direction all night. It was not comfortable doing so. There were places in the room it could have been placed that would not cause such an issue. Also, not sure why they bought ones that flash bright light all night. I would not sleep there again because of this, especially knowing so many people have complained and they do not fix the issue. Besides that the hotel is fine. The pool is tiny, so if there are other people in already it makes it difficult to enjoy.

The staff was amazing. So accommodating with our child.

Overall, excellent stay! My family will stay here whenever we are in town from now on!

Loved how clean the property was and the various cleaning supplies that were throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly, polite and the room was huge. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m visiting family in Milwaukee.

We are from the area and stayed while visiting family. The rooms were spotless. We also had the breakfast, which is an additional charge but fresh and great variety. We will definitely stay here again.
