When I was checking in there was an accident and they closed the pool. I booked the hotel to use the pool with my kids. Unfortunately, when i got there they told me the pool might be closed for the remainder of the day. The African male told us I would be be able to get a refund. I got just an email that said they denied my refund saying my child did a blackflip which is incorrect. My child never went into the pool area so how dare you accuse my child of something they didnt do.

Beautiful hotel with a good breakfast and evening snacks/drinks. Plenty of room for a family of five. The hotel has a wonderful staff, super friendly. Located only about 15-20 minutes from locations downtown (we were in town to see a show at the Fiserv Forum). Bonus coffee shop in the parking lot! Wish we had had time to use the pool. We will stay here again. Thanks!

Our stay was nice for the most part. Except our room had hair all over the floor which was not from us. A used bar of soap left in the bathtub which had hai on it, also not from us. Then to top it off there was a used q tip on the floor behind the toilet along with a contact lense wrapper. We had spoke with the front desk the next morning and asked for an extra bath towel for the kids. They said when we left to go sight seeing for the day to let them know and they would take care of everything with our room. We return around dinner time and the soap bar and things behind the toilet were still there. Very disappointed considering we brought to there attention.

It was good the hotel was nice, happy hour was amazing, staff was nice. Pool was VERY cold! I couldn't even get in it was to cold. My older 3 kids didnt seem to mind it after being in it for a minute but my other 2 wanted no part in it. If they got a pool heater it would have been better

Very nice higher end hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good common areas for family to gather. Nice to get two complimentary drinks each evening. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of items. You could even have a cooked to order omelet. Would definitely stay again.

I went to this hotel when I was a child, and I’d dreamed of going back one day. The visit was greater than I could have imagined.
