Hampton Inn Green Bay

It was a really bad experience, The front desk women including manager were very rude and judgemental my family and I are very kind people and there were times I found myself with tears in my eyes from how I was being treated from staff at spx I will never ever go there again, my family have been through a lot and at that moment we were dealing with a lot already, there is no reason these women should have an right to treat people this way I understand there are policies that every company have to follow but not the way they did, the place just opened and I think should be shut right back down and put under new management people go places to get away from there problems and get rest this place has caused me PTSD and we made arrangements online so that when we got there we wud have no issues we waited 2 1/2:hours after we got there to be finished checking in my kids were so sad and upset

My stay would’ve been better if my family and I didn’t have to exchange rooms due to our first one not having hot water. If the service was better. There were people being loud and banging and blurring music at 12pm. The pool was freezing, which sucks! Because that’s the main reason why I booked this place, so my toddler could swim. Was definitely disappointed with this stay.

Booked for a few days so the kids could swim during spring break. Pool was so cold they won’t swim and whirlpool jets don’t work. Nothing but a shoulder shrug from the front desk. Shame on you!

You need a "quiet" floor with no children. Kids were running/yelling in the halls for hours on the 3rd floor - have no idea where the parents were. There was a group of kids there for some type of celebration, which is fine, but parents should be supervising their kids - finally settled down around 10 pm. Needed to get to airport at 4:45 am, so rest was an essential part of our stay.

Ceiling tiles were bowed down as if to fall out from water, caulking around air conditioner unit painted VERY sloppy, as if a child did the painting. Not the usual Hampton am used to staying in.

Dirty gross toilet in our room upon arrival, like they literally didn’t clean after last guest. No lights in the pool room so it’s not safe for kids to swim after 6 pm.

The staff was super accomodating in getting the room ready early and made my family feel very welcomed

Our room had bed bugs causing us to change rooms at 1:30 in the morning with 2 young children. Our stay was anything but relaxing.

Great deal for the price. Stayed with two adults and three small children. Bathroom a little small. Pullout couch a little worn, but room clean.

Stayed with family for a birthday party and Graduation. Great customer service. We were surprised how nice the rooms were given the price. Pretty good breakfast. The only downside was the pool closed early due to the lighting in the pool area when it got dark.
