Was very upset that, upon my arrival I was told there was a “maintenance issue” with my room but they had made arrangements for me to stay at another local hotel. That would’ve been fine if the alternate hotel wasn’t a dump! There was a Delta hotel (a Marriott property) just a few blocks away and would have thought that they would want to keep it in the family. Very disappointed! I stay at this Fairfield 10+ times per year but my now reconsider when traveling to Green Bay

This was a family trip, with a few other families. We used the very small pool. They had no towels available. Front desk said they had absolutely no clean towels of any kind. Only wash cloths. Could not stay in the pool area very long, as our eyes were burning from the chemicals in the air. The continental breakfast was terrible. We went at 830am. No plates, no utensils, no cups for coffee or juice. All beverages were out or low. Crumbs of eggs, no bacon, no waffle mix. Cereal was available but no milk to pour over it. The kids grabbed the last two small pastries. We ended up going to kwik trip for breakfast. Very disappointed overall.

My room was downgraded without advance notice. The halls were very loud as kids were allowed to run, slam doors and scream after 11 pm with no intervention. Breakfast area was very small and crowded. Pool was clean.
