I have to say that, as a family, I would not stay at this location again, because of the crowd. It seemed to be drunk business person focused, which is not my vibe. My teenage daughter and I went to the pool and there were men in the back parking lot, right by the hot tub windows, at 10 p.m. sitting on chairs by cars (super weird). They could see us getting in the pool and hot tub, which was incredibly uncomfortable. One of the men went behind a truck container behind the parking lot to go to the bathroom. Then, before 6 a.m., the man in the room next to me was on long phone calls talking at a normal person's yell (think the "I'm important" volume). The sound travelled quite clearly through the adjoining door. When I checked out, I told the front desk that the person in that room shouldn't be put into a room with an adjoining room in the future, because of their volume. Given that she wasn't taking notes, I didn't think she particularly cared. I really wanted to like this hotel and was excited when we got there, because it's beautiful and vibrant. However, I left knowing that we won't be back because of the atmosphere.

First off, the mgr appeared to be apologetic however, the lack of communication tells me otherwise. We arrived late and exhausted due to tornadoes so we went right to bed. In the middle of the night we woke up to a HOT room. A/c was broken. I sent a msg on the Marriott app to come IN THE AFTERNOON to check it, NOT early am while we were sleeping. When we woke up, we realized that there was black hair all over the bed. We are both blonde. We didn’t have towels, mat for shower, etc. I hopped into the shower and stepped on PUBIC HAIR! I immediately hopped out and went to the front desk. The mgr stated she would comp the room and find another on the 1st floor (spouse has a torn MCL so we needed 1st). We had to leave and asked that they CALL me to let me know the new room, etc. I asked if they needed my number and they said “no, it’s on the reservation.” We get back after 4, no calls. Front desk has no idea about anything except the a/c. He claimed they tried calling but when I asked what number, they didn’t have it! He knew nothing about the room or comp and had to call the mgr. 30 min later it was resolved. We get the new room, next to SCREAMING kids all night. No one did anything and the guests didn’t either. I used to like this place but now I’m looking elsewhere.

Came with family. Pool was smaller than expected but it is 24/hrs for adults. Hotel is pet friendly but I wish they would have kept the people without pets in a different hall due to allergies and lots of barking.

At check in. Was told kids were pulling emergency alarm several times. Did it once as we checked in. Shower was not running warm water but bathroom faucet was hot. Toilet did not flush. Air did not shut off and was fridgid in room. Called front desk. Maintenance asked we run cold water 5 minutes to see if it would help. It did not. Called front desk to change room. Next room the air did not work. Very humid and smelly. Asked to cancel room and booked a room at neighboring hotel. Front desk staff was frustrated and rolled her eyes. Said "fine" as she was helping another customer. Asked her if she needed anything from us to cancel. She said no. We walked out. Was still charged entire amount and was never was refunded.

it was close to my family I was visiting & the rooms were nicely modern and had enough outlets and usb ports near the bed and the desk area.

We were not greeted by the most friendly person more like a high school kid who we were bothering her having to stop what she was doing on her computer at a nearby table. The room was dirty with spray marks on the walls. the room had an ugly odor- it was not a clean smell. the beds had a like Walmart pillow top Nothing special and the pillows were so flat. the pool area was OK. it was an uncomfortable stay. it has potential but needs an updo.

Our check in experience was wonderful and easy however it should never be the best part of the stay. Our first night was enjoyable and fine. Our second night was a huge disappointment bc there was a young group of volleyball players and their parents/ coaches- that chose to let them behave and run wild. There was complete chaos and even the hotel staff was annoyed. We weren’t able to use the facilities or enjoy the lounge bc of 50+ 7th-8th grades running, screaming and carrying on. When we did ask the hotel for an extra blanket - we were forgotten about and the kids running up and down the halls was not addressed - so I spoke to them and a parent. When speaking with the dismissive front desk attendant in the morning - she said there was nothing they could do. Agree to disagree on that statement.
