Service was friendly but slow, no breakfast, they did have “breakfast in bed” option to purchase but it was just frozen food you had to warm up. The full kitchen was nice to have if I would be staying a lot longer than a night. I appreciated the 0 fee for Grubhub and allowed me and my family to order out anywhere in Green Bay. Location was great loved that it was close to everything I needed to be at. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean and spacious and comfortable.

Staff was friendly, the pool was very dirty looking and the hot tub is big enough for 4 people. We didnt get a chance to go into the hot tub and the pool area as a whole was just packed with kids. If you want a relaxing visit this probably isnt the place

It was good for the price. It seemed like there was many parties going on in the rooms. The pool had a kids birthday party. The themed rooms on the end of the building had a lot of people in and hanging around outside of them. The smell of weed was very strong in the hallways on that end.

The pool & jacuzzi were filthy. People were drunk, & harassing you. Drinking in the pool. There was over 50 kids in the pool. And the jacuzzi was overcrowded. We picked this hotel because we knew it had a pool. But we won't pick it anymore.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Met our expectations for a one night stay with a pool and breakfast was great for our kids. Good place for families to stay. We would stay here again.

Was supposed to find out that they only clean your rooms on Tuesday or a Thursday. We were there for four nights and wasn’t supposed to be cleaned until the day before we left. I was told lack of help was the reason. We told them never mind on the last day because we had to take care of it ourselves the other 3 nights. Every day we saw 4 to 5 housekeepers. We had to get our daily items (shampoo,soap)from front desk and get rid of our towels ourselves. And the last night the cable tv was out. And a family with four toddlers were across the hall from us. They would run up and down the halls and slam their door. And this was at 11:00 pm.
