The pools where amazing for the kids and adults

Great hotel, in a nice location. The kids loved the pool! Only issue was with check-in, we arrived at 4:25 pm and had to wait for another hour to check-in. But overall we enjoyed our stay after we got a room.

The front desk person was friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the sinks didnt drain well at all, the toilet plugged, the wall paper is falling off. The pool ended up being closed one day because someone puked in it. I know thats not their fault, but still. I had 2 sad kids that couldnt swim. It was back open the next morning, so im not sure how it was correctly cleaned that fast. They said the slide hurt where the conectiins were and the stairs were very hard on their feet. We tried getting breakfast in the morning and the employee said he was the only one there so it would take a while. We went to another place and by the time we got back people in front of us waiting were just getting their food. Glad we didnt wait.

Very clean, great service, the two pools, zero depth baby water area, and slide was perfect for families!

The front lady seemed overwhelmed. I was checking in and no information was given to me just handed the keys to my room after checking my ID. She never asked for my credit card or let me know there was going to be a charge( I know this is standard but usually they say it every time we Check into a hotel) She went back to her phone call she placed on hold and I went roaming for the elevator & stairs. Would of been nice if she told me elevator and stairs were on both sides. The water slide was not open for maintenance. Teenagers were climbing up the slide in the pool area staff came in and said nothing. It was a big water slide if one of the kids fell on the concrete it would of been horrible situation. The rooms were nice and quiet.

Always a great stay this time the beds seemed a little harder and I forgot to ask for first floor so we got level with out elevator with little kids was a little harder. People always nice and room was clean.

Wanted a little family get away and the kids love the slide they have in the pool. This was our second stay here.

I tried checking in early and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 230. No problem, I took the kids and played games for an hour. When I returned at 230 I was told it would be another 1/2 hour, no problem because check in wasn't until 3 anyway. Well we ended up waiting in the lobby until 4pm before we could get in our room. When we got to the room it was ok, you could tell it was cleaned up in hurry, still hair in the shower, something sticky on the sink. The attendant at the front desk was apologetic about the wait stating they were cleaning the rooms by the order of people trying to check in because everyone wanted an early check in...if that was the case wouldn't I have been one of the first to check in? There was another family trying to check in when I was finally able to go to my room and they were told it would be another hour for their room to be ready.

I searched for an establishment in a conveient area with certain amenities, mostly a hot tub. We were at our event all day, on our feet. We planned to ease our sore muscles with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The hot tub was cold- not even room temperature- and being used as a kiddie pool by other guests. We were very disappointed. We stayed here for multiple days and the hotel responded to our dipleasure with a $20 refund. They made a few hundred dollars from us, but they thought $20 was appropriate. I dont think that is good business practices. They should have worked to keep a happy customer. I am not sure I would recommend staying here.
