Awesome place to stay for the Bigfoot Festival. Our family of five was comfortable, however, we booked a room with queen beds, and received a room with full size beds. Not really an issue until the kids get crowded. It was booked solid so I didn't complain. We really enjoyed breakfast, and the pool is a huge bonus when it's sweltering outside.

To begin with the positives, the room and the hotel were clean, good water pressure in the shower, and the hotel staff were polite upon check-in. To finish with the negatives, the hotel is 1/4 mile from a correctional facility, so maybe a different option for sports teams with children. Secondly, You are not allowed to eat food in any of the common areas including the outdoor patio area, unless it is from the restaurant at the hotel. This is a ridiculous policy. I’m certain the restaurant guests did not want 18 players and 20 family members crashing the ambience of the restaurant. After playing ball all day, the kiddos want pizza and to relax, shame on the hotel for banishing guests to their rooms for the crime of ordering Little Cesars. We made do and retreated to a grassy area and were left alone by hotel staff. It’s hard to give a 4 or 5 star review when we felt like we weren’t wanted there.

We enjoyed the indoor pool since the weather was poor. It gave the kids and us an evening away from home for some fun and a break after some very much needed family fun, a break in a busy soccer weekend and another busy next day. We also loved that there was a very nice restaurant that was family friendly with friendly staff that wasn’t expensive at all right on the property. Things we didn’t like some could be improved others it’s just take it as it is no big deal. Least of problems but doesn’t look great is furniture that’s got pieces out of it. Other things that needs improvement is it looked clean and smelled clean although carpet was in sad shape in places but mirrors was smeared really bad as well as the tv. We didn’t use either but it stuck out. The beds were very uncomfortable and usually we love beds in hotels, there was no privacy area whatsoever besides the bathroom even a divider would do for changing clothes. This was a problem especially since there was no fan in the bathroom it got hot after showers and difficult to dress and we had our two sons with us. Also the sink in the hall instead of the bathroom was disruptive. Besides these things we enjoyed our stay!

2 pools for the kids & a nice restaurant

We loved staying here. My kids are already wanting to go back. The staff is great and the view is so beautiful.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice rooms with balconies which is a plus. The views were not expect and a great bonus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was super convenient and had great food, all three of our kids were super happy with the options. After a long drive it was nice to not to have to go out for food.

Really recommend. Soft sheets and towels, warm pool. Staff were super friendly and accommodating for me and my family who needed adjoining rooms and space for our young kids. The restaurant had some issues opening and the waitress’ were having to problem solve on the spot but we’re still really friendly and helpful. Thank you Ryan and Lisa for a great night.

This was our second stay. The first stay was fabulous! It started at the check in desk and the attendant assigned me a room in the North Tower. That was not what I had reserved through Hotels.com. I went back and showed her the reseevation on my phone. She then told me that Hotels.com doesnt know what my supervisor tells us to do. I finally got South Tower because that's where the pool is and my kids love the pool. I also specifically asked for a balcony but it took 30 minutes to get the tower we wanted. I did not go back. But I got charged for the balcony room. To save my sanity I will just lose that amount of money. There were cobwebs in the corners, spit splattered on the mirror in the bathroom. The pool was ok, but could use a good cleaning. That did not stop us from enjoying the indoor pool. Breakfast was great as always. I guess the rocky start really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hallway smelled of cigarrette smoke both mornings and one evening even though every door on our floor had a no smoking sign. It was truly a frustrating experience. And I hope whoever smoked in the room(s) were charged the $150 fee !

In town for a family function. I always find the hotel clean, staff friendly and I sometimes travel alone, I feel very safe. Breakfast is not great, but dinner was very good.
