The staff allowed us to use the common area for our large family after graduation. We were able to eat and visit for a few memorable hours. I want to thank the staff so much for making our stay a wonderful time.

My family had reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told that they did not have a room with two queen beds left. My 17 year old son had to sleep on a fold away bed, very uncomfortable. If it had not been so late when we arrived, we would have found something else.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. We chose the hotel so our kids could swim. We even cut our first leg of travel short so they could have some fun in the pool. The pool was closed. No one slept well as the air system in the room was extremely loud. And the toilet in our took 3 flushes to flush so that took was an annoyance. The service was friendly and everything was clean. The mid travel stay for us however was extremely dissatisfying and now I have two sleepless, cranky children in the car for the remainder of our trip.

We had to pay $25 PER dog! Do people pay $25 per child? If you are going to clean a room, you're cleaning ONCE, not per dog. I say IF because not only was the room dirty but it smelled. As a result I got bed bug bites (again at a Wyndham) My husband actually found TWO sheddings which means there are MANY babies. No word from management

Was a great location and staff are very friendly and helpful! Overall was good except for the kids that were yelling and running in the hall and dining area till after 11pm!!!! Pulled off hwy early to get a good nights sleep and that didn’t happen with the basketball team antics!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and this has been the worst experience. We bring grandchildren for the pool. The pool was closed, the hottub was closed, only 1 elevator was working, key cards wouldn't work on the back door, had to walk around front of building to get in. We went out for the day only to return and our key card wouldn't work on our room. Had to go downstairs and get it reprogramed. When we got into the room no clean towels, trash wasnt emptied, no coffee. Please call me at 434-960-7906

I searched hotels.com specifically for a hotel that had a pool because I was travelling with my children and I chose this hotel based on the fact that I had an indoor pool for my children and when I got there, the pool was closed I was not impressed at all. Upon getting there the lady at the front desk says to me oh well all the third-party people should’ve posted on their website that the pool was not available. We had notified everybody that the pool was not open today, which further irritated me saying that I could’ve picked different property from Hotels.com to stay at.

The property was nice, comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. However, our bathroom was missing a shower current and not effectively cleaned from the previous guest. There were children running the halls and banging on doors in the middle of the night.

The stay has been awful. This is the loudest room ive ever stayed in, you can hesr everything outside of the room going on and a child kept running back and forth across the floor.in the room above. I heard prople sneeze and snore in other rooms. The fan in the bathroom isnt even instslled and the whole.bathroom was all steamed up. Plus there is mold.in the shower and huge gaps in all sides of the door which made me feel very unsafe. I didnt sleep at all
