Perfect place to stay… comfortable, clean & wonderful customer service. I visit grandkids a few times a year & chose this place every time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We only stayed one night for a sporting event but everything was more than adequate. My kids had a great time at the pool, our room was clean, there were plenty of towels, the breakfast provided had some kind of option for everyone. We were very pleased with having chosen to stay there! 😊 Check in required a paper form to be filled out for address etc and that seemed a little redundant for an online booking where they already had my card and info but it was fine.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear tv's and a newborn crying, flushing toilets and showers. I've never stayed in a hotel with walls that thin. Also, they had a toilet sitting beside the dumpster in front of the hotel. The inside was very clean and staff were friendly.

We were in Buckhannon, WV for a class reunion and to visit some family. I was no aware of the hotel being in a remodeling project. Our air conditioner leaked and caused our floor to be very wet. The ice machine on the second floor was not in service, the second floor had no flooring when you got off the elevator until you were about 1/2 down the hall. I will probably stay there again however I will make sure it’s remodeling project is complete.

It was great that we had a handicap shower for one of our family members. It was neat that we had adjoining rooms. It helped out a person who needed those accommodations.
