Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Weston, an IHG Hotel

Our family was on a long road trip and needed a place to stay for a night. This hotel was conveniently located near I-79 and a Tesla Supercharger and included breakfast. Very nice interior decor and clean, and staff were friendly. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean looks recently built or refurbished. Plenty of plugs for devices throughout the room. The AC/Heater was a little wonky with looking like you control it at the unit rather than the wall controls but overall it worked. Walls were average in keeping out sound, lots carry in when folks aren’t conscious about the late night and close proximity. But for this couples quick stay on their way home from family vacation it was perfect. If we ever travel are in the area again we will consider.

Really nothing unique about this hotel. The setting was very basic and our room looked out on a row of houses. Not a pretty setting at all. But the main problem was the noise. You could hear people coughing, talking, walking and going to the bathroom. The people in the room next to us left their dog alone and it was barking like crazy, continuously. The management did contact them and corrected that problem. Staff were responsive to needs. The elevator went out of order on 1/31/23 for a few hours. Because I registered with Expedia, the desk clerk could not take anything off of our bill for the inconvenience of all the noise. We were in town for a family funeral and really not in the mood for all that racket.

Great Breakfast!😋 And everything was good. Had trouble having constant cable services. TV went in and out. And the one big concern we noticed is that when we used the laundry room there was a serious safety concern. The wires on the back of the drier were exposed and there’s plenty of open area where a young child could touch these wires easily and be electrocuted.

All was well except for a minor inconvenience - the door key reader needed attention. Update, clean, spacious rooms and perfect for families. The pool and breakfast make this convenient for a short stay on a long road trip.
