Booked a "Double Queen Room". When arriving at the hotel and getting to my room, it only had 1 queen bed. I notified the front desk and they said "sorry, that's all we have". I explained to them that was the whole point of the reservation and I needed 2 beds, hence why I booked a room with 2 beds. The guy called his manager and the manager said the same thing. They were sold out and they didn't have any double queen rooms left. What's the point of me making a reservation if I'm not going to get the room I reserved and paid for? Make literally no sense! I end up having to ask the front desk 2 different times to get more bed sheets and comforters because I was forced to make a bed on the floor and sleep. It was already 11PM when I arrived and my family was exhausted or we would have went somewhere else. I will say that the room was clean, just old and outdated. The full kitchen is nice, but I only had 1 fork, 2 spoons, and everything was soaking wet still. If it wasn't for the mess up with the booking, I'd probably rate it a 2.5/5. Nothing at all fancy, but only needed to stay for 1 night. Road to hotel was thru parking lots so was a little confusing.

Very close to family

My boyfriend and I needed a weekend away from work, school, family, etc. We stayed at the hotel friday to sunday morning. We did not want to leave. It took us a while to actually find the place because it is tucked back behind many new stores that are being built in the area, but once we got inside we were surprised. The front desk staff was very informative, helpful, and pleasant. When we got up to our room we were even more surprised. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen area had a lot of storage room (cabinets, full size refrigerator), and the bathroom was very nicely done. This place should've been double what we payed for it. The only complaint i have is that the walls are super thin. We had a gentleman staying in the room next-door and we could hear every word he said while he was talking on the telephone. Other than that, we had a very good experience and we will definitely be staying here again.
