We've stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful, suite style rooms are perfect for traveling families, and close to a lot!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The suites were perfect to accommodate a small family. Breakfast was perfect.

Our stay was for a family surgical procedure which could require a two day stay. This establishment is very close to the hospital. The procedure only took a one day stay. Tried to cancel the second night, but because I booked through Hotels.com, a third party they made it clear that they werent going to help.

Everything is excellent. I have family attending WVU and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Good pressure for the shower.

it's a nice little hotel with larger than average room for family folks, esay to everywhere all in all in a small city. I think it's a very good place to stay.

I have stayed here before while visiting family. For some reason everything felt damp, hence the pleasant review and there was a certain musty smell.

The staff was amazing and was overall a great hotel. But the mattresses were hard as bricks so myself and my entire family went home with sore backs and necks. Will likely not stay here again.

There was a strong odor of rotten eggs or dirty mop water by the front desk. I used hotel.com to reserve my stay due to a family member being at Ruby Memorial Hospital. We were told by the hospital that this specific hotel gives discounts when family members are in the hospital, the lady acted as if it was more than hotels.com so we got no discountat all. During check in I was asked for a credit card in case of incidentals, but didnt bother to tell me she was charging my bank account an additional nights stay. I just feel all these things are important when having to stay because of medical reason, and not being made aware of these things.

We enjoy staying at the Euro Suites Hotel in Morgantown. Location is perfect for us. Lobby and Lounge area are nice for meeting friends/family. Always positive, professional people at the front desk. Satisfactory breakfast choices, always with fresh hot coffee. The one negative is that it seems every time we go out back door, hotel workers are sitting there smoking and coughing on the steps. Can you provide them with and outdoor smoking table away from that busy entrance?
