Great staff. Helped us with extra accommodations due to family member in hospital. Restaurant was excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was clean but I did reserve a king room and got 2 queen not a big deal. Beds were comfortable. We were here to visit family in hospital and this was close place just couple minute drive. Breakfast though was BAD. I paid extra for it and couldn't even eat it. Waited and waited for waitress to bring us coffee and when we finally got it. Well it was cold. So I definitely would not recommend paying extra for the breakfast. Everything else was great.

The staff are always very friendly, front desk, housekeeping and the Winchester Restaurant, everyone. The lobby was always tidy and such a nice place to just visit with family.

It was an awesome place to stay my only problem was that I had my three kids with me and they gave me two coupons for breakfast for each day I stayed.
