A bug was found on the bed as well as a dirty sock in the bathroom. Like the room had not been cleaned. My daughter took a couple of our volleyball kids to stay there and did not complain at the time. Super disappointed.

Property was fine but we were not notified that we had to request turndown service on our room which would have been nice to know. The bigger issue we had was that there was a water heater issue and my family, along with many other guests we spoke to had to endure cold showers during our visit. When we raised this issue to staff we got little more than an apology and we can't do much about it. I understand things happen, but would expect staff to do what they can to give us the value of what we were paying for.

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. My only complaint wasn’t really an issue with the property so much with the noise of the doors slamming at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and the kid running back and forth like a mad person starting not too long after that. Parking was easy. The continental breakfast was a big negative for me. My final opinion, for the price range it’s an option. I would consider staying there again knowing what to expect if I needed to.
