Had hair in my breakfast from them and they gave us a room by the pool which is extremely loud until almost 10pm . We had an infant with us and he kept getting woke up.

Great hotel, staff was friendly. It was plenty of space for our family of 3. Only down fall was being next to elevators. So you felt and heard them. Not a deal breaker though!

We have been staying at the Oxford suits for over 10 years when we come to Spokane. This time we were extremely disappointed. The hotel was full and it was incredibly noisy. We were given a room by the pool that made it even worse. There were kids running and screaming up and down our hall and knocking on our door until after 10pm and to make it worse the door had a 2 inch gap at the bottom so it let all the noise and light in. We had to put towels across the door.

Stayed for one night with my 2 kids under 10 years old. They loved the pool and the breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Room was clean and comfortable. I found the building quiet and wasn’t bothered by people walking by or doors opening and closing.

Didn’t like finding someone else’s shaven hair in our bathtub or getting screamed at by the bartender for trying to get dinner and a drink with my baby. Please treat other new moms better, especially young moms.
