The staff was very friendly. The room was just what we needed and the parking is convenient. I would recommend the Courtyard to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. The whole family enjoyed it.

I’ve stayed here multiple times with family, but the front desk staff threatened to kick my autistic husband out of the hotel at 2am because they said he was being erratic and belligerent!!!! It was one specific staff member, we were traveling for business with our 7 month old and this staff member thought it was suspicious and erratic that we were up at 2am even when traveling with a baby and was extremely rude to my husband.

The property was nice enough. A little older but still in good condition. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived but they sent someone over right away (probably a 10-15 min wait from when I notified). The tv was dying so they put in a brand new one and the maintenance guy was very friendly while he installed it. We felt pretty safe coming back to the room around 10pm or so also. Overall a good place to stay while visiting family.

This was a great stay for my friend and I. The Bistro was amazing and having that option was amazing. The lobby was not filled with loads of kids and it was so relaxing.

While the staff was nice and the hotel was decent. There was cups and food left all over in the halls on the floor. The pool wasn’t heated and had so many screaming kids without parents staying in to watch them. Floors were extremely wet. Reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and it was very disappointing. Overall the stay was okay but not worth 200$ a night.

Couldn’t even use the pool.. which was the main reason of staying at the hotel.. there was a big group of adults drinking in the hot tub and their kids were diving and screaming in the pool you couldn’t even hear yourself talk..
