Holiday Inn Express Spokane Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Great stay! Comfortable beds, quiet room, plenty of towels, real size pillows (not those little ones that everyone is using now). The ladies hosting breakfast and the manager's reception were very polite and helpful. Front desk staff was cheerful and welcoming.

Had an amazing stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because of the elderly lady working the breakfast buffet. All the staff was AMAZING but she was very curt and rude to myself, my family, and other guests. It did sully the experience a bit but I am overall happy with my stay. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The hotel staff were all fantastic, whether it be the front desk, the housekeepers or the nice person managing the breakfast area. Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and if our child does decide to attend Gonzaga, we will surely be back!!

We had one issue at the property that we talked to the manager about and he told us the next day that he has taken steps to correct the issue. The issue concerned childrens weekend traveling ball teams who came in and took over the property. The parents/guardians let their children run, jump, and make as much noise as they wanted without any regard to other patrons. Many of the parents/guardians were in the lobby not even watching or supervising their children. If asked, I doubt any knew where the kids were or what they were doing. The staff on duty asked politely for this to end but the parents/guardians acted like this was a hostile takeover. Again, we talked personally with the manager and he has taken steps to hopefully mitigate any future situations like this. Our overall experience with the hotel is excellent. Our experience with the traveling ball teams was horrific.
