This hotel was perfect to host a family gathering. We each had comfortable rooms, could meet and socialize in the lobby, restaurant area. The proximity to Spokane's River Front Park was an added bonus. Staff even provided me a bike so I could explore further afoot. The hotel's affiliated shuttle was useful for taking our group of 20 to dinner in Spokane and back. Hotel desk clerk Bryan Smith was awesome in his customer service and accommodating our needs. Off season rate was very attractive. Giving the hotel a 10 out of 10.

We booked a deluxe room but struggled to understand what made it deluxe; seemed very much the same as a previous stay’s regular room. Room service pizza was terrible. I know, you’re thinking this is not the place you order room service; it’s not, but alas we did cuz we have a 7 month old baby and it seemed easiest. It was a frozen pizza, which is fine, but it was barely cooked through; as if the staff in the kitchen didn’t know what a pizza is supposed to look and taste like. We asked staff to help us find a luggage cart and they said, “we just don’t have any here right by now.” No, “let me help you find one” or “I’ll check a few spots”, etc. Not great service. Overall, our stay was fine; everything was fine, the room was very clean, the location is good, check in and out was easy, but it’s probably worth spending slightly more for a different Davenport hotel in the area. Also, Davenport, y’all missed a great opportunity when remodeling this place-they Adam’s Family pallet is ….well, ugly. Anyway, it is what it is.

Multifamily annual stay at Centennial since we can rely on it for comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location. I wish the proce was lower, but it was par for the area.

The property is conveniently located, clean, safe, etc. I did not like the bathroom in the room - it is small, has a slide door that doesnt lock, the shower doesnt have an enclosure therefore the entire bathroom seems to get wet when you shower, there is no shelf at all in the shower for your own wash supplies, and the shower head is a rain fall showerhead which some might like but my daughter and I both have very long hair and had trounle with the low water pressure and type of shower-head.getting all the product out of our hair and feeling clean. I liked the parking and amenities offered, but the hotel has MANY hidden fees - $15/day parking, $20/day for "amenities" that we still dont know what they were other than a pool and foosball table, and a random tax that Ive never had attached to a bill while staying in Spokane before. My recommendation is if you want a fancy hotel with a really cool pool right next to Riverfront Park, by all means stay here. But if you are with your family or at all frugal and just want a place to sleep, a hot breakfast included, and a free safe place to park, this hotel is not for you.

so many reasons why I give this hotel this rating and without having much space to explain, I will do my best: -Way too large of a hotel for one pool it was so overcrowded people were stepping over each other due to the lack of chairs people were laying on the ground. Too crowded to hardly even walk in the pool. So many other people staying we’re all saying, the exact same thing there was no way to enjoy the pool. You went there to use because of the overcrowding. -black wiring of some sort, running down the entire seventh floor that were not covered up whatsoever. Looked very trashy. -The pizza we ordered was so overpriced and didn’t even seem cooked all the way after waiting an hour. -people partying and talking so loud until after 3 AM I was woken up multiple times as was the baby in the room next to me and we could hear it crying all night long on and off. Paper thin walls. The buildings cleanliness is the only thing I can give five stars. We were extremely disappointed. We stayed at a hotel every holiday to watch the fireworks and swim and definitely will not be returning here next year. There were a lot of out of order vending machines or ones that were nearly empty and had not been restocked. The location of this hotel was great and exactly what we needed in that aspect, but for what we paid and what we got I am not impressed at all, very disappointed. This was some thing we were really looking forward to, and it was one disappointment after another.

I was thankful they accommodated my family and myself by putting our rooms next to each other. Another family checked in the next day and they also put them on the same floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was cold but looks very inviting.

Upon entering the room there was a smell of must and sweat. The bedding did not appear to be clean and gave me and ny child skin rashes.
