Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Puyallup (Tacoma Area), an IHG Hotel

The hotel and room were recently updated and look great. The room is comfortable, has plenty of places to charge electronics, and a variety of amenities, including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and comfortable seating. We plan to stay here every time we are in town to visit family!

First time having my family stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Great experience for all of us. I recommend for all families with little ones.

Pool was out of commission- we had planned on the little cousins all coming over from surrounding areas for family time. Had we known we would have made other plans.

Upon arrival, I was told that there had been an issue with the room I booked and I immediately expected the worst. Instead, I was told my room had been upgraded and that a rollaway bed would also be accommodated for my family of 4. When we got into the room, there wasn’t a great space for the rollaway bed, so we moved the pullout couch slightly and discovered and small bit of pizza crust behind the couch; then when pulling out the bedding for the pullout couch, it had one of those swimsuit sanitary stickers stuck to a sheet. Overall, it’s been a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, bathroom is clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion for them would be to pay attention to the little details in their housekeeping.

Clean and spacious rooms, but noisy as close to main road. We happened to stay unknowingly when there was a Good Guys classic car event. This meant noisy cars revving and people outside talking loudly in the early hours of the morning keeping us awake. Had a room in the ground floor near reception which seemed extra noisy. Breakfast ok with usual options plus a pancake making mac & starter at 5:30am which was great for jet lagged travellers like us. Free coffee all day and a clean/fair sized pool are definite positives if you have young children. Coffee shops, garage and McD on site but you need to drive further if you’re looking for a proper meal. Would highly recommend the Olive Garden nearby for great food and top service.

Nice, clean and family friendly!

This was a perfect hotel for our Cheer Comp at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup. Hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was perfect. Nice to have a gas station, with Subway and McDonald’s as we travelled with kids.

Very nice hotel, very spacious beautiful rooms full of amenities! Comfortable beds, nice microwave/ refrigerator mini kitchen, coffee maker in room. Wonderful housekeepers with attention to detail, everything was exceptionally clean!! Our whole family fit in one room with a family of five that is a challenge!! Their indoor pool was open and very nice, the hot tub was perfect at the end of a long drive!! Their breakfast was the best Ive had included at a hotel! ( we travel quite a bit so thats saying something!!) The location is great with easy freeway access!! Only negative was I did not know about the 100$ deposit ahead of time, not a huge deal but I wasn't expecting it, ( so just a heads up) I will definitely be staying there again!!!

Our family of 4 felt very happy with rhe facility, rooms and even the corridors were wider! Loved it.

This hotel is amazing our other family always stays here everytime visiting in town. We will definitely book again. Highly recommend
