Excellent customer service. We had multiple family members staying and they got us all on the same floor. We had a conference room booked for a family gathering and it was set up and ready in advance.

Very clean and great amenities for families. It was in walking distance of the fair. The only complaint was our key kept not working, you had to try several times each time to get in anywhere.

Easy access from freeway. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Other guests were quiet, no children running around. Wonderful stay!

Bed was firm. Room was very nice. Hotel staff was over the top nice. Treated us an our kids very well with lots of smiles.

Super friendly staff and wonderful room. My only issue was lots of pre teen kids in pool without adult supervision. I was unhappy to see kids diving and horse playing with no parents in the area. I was staying with my 7 year old grandson and it was far too rowdy for him and I to swim. I did mention it to the staff at check out. Otherwise it was great.
