Comfort Inn & Suites Pacific - Auburn

Facility was nice, clean, comfortable. The best part of our experience was your incredible staff!! We were attending a special engagement in the early evening so I called early to see if we could get an early check-in. Nikki at the front desk, assured me that she would try her best. Sure enough, we got our room early! We were able to have a bit more time to freshen up and get dressed. Thank you Nikki!! Sadly, I received the wrong room (no fault of the hotel, I reserved through Hotels.com.). This is because the amenities listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out, so I couldn’t switch to a room that was better suited for my family. That said, Noami was the first person I saw in the hall and she overheard me tell my husband about the mishap with hotels.com. She asked me if everything was ok. I explained to her that I had received the incorrect room. She quickly tried to assist us in our problem. She walked me down to front desk and when she saw there was nothing they could do for my family (due to hotel being sold out), she quickly offered to bring me extra blankets and sheets! Her kindness & interest made the entire issue seem so much more less stressful. She is clearly an asset to you company!!! Thank you Noami for everything!! You turned our evening around!! NOTE: I would bring to the hotel’s attn that the room says it sleeps 4. It includes one King bed, and one pull out couch. However, couch is twin size, not a ful. So I’d say sleeps 3

It was a wonderful, kid friendly establishment. Their breakfast out beats any other continental free breakfast and their supply of options nevwr went dry nor empty. Extremely kind service with little goodies bags, with treats and waters.

The beds were so uncomfortable, lumpy and extremely firm. My kids and I woke up with sore shoulders and backs. House keeping never came to our room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The check in gentleman was really nice and had our keys ready for us on arrival because I called ahead of time and indicated I would be checking in quickly. Breakfast had plenty of options—even different flavored waffles for the waffle maker. The staff kept the breakfast room clean and well stocked in there. The hotel room was very clean and brightly lit. The beds were simple and made tightly tucked which makes me worry less about the cleanliness of the bedding. They don’t have all the extra comforters that look like they don’t get washed every stay. The pool was small but clean and welcoming. My kids thought the pool lighting was extra fancy (changing light color in the pool). There was a nice small workout room. Our alarm clock wasn’t working but that is minor for us. Fridge and microwave clean and came in handy. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall very happy with our stay.

Had to book a long stay here with my husband and children, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, kids loved the pool and it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast which was always hot and ready everyday. Thanks for making our long stay enjoyable as we transition into moving to a new city.

I wish I could give 10 stars to the staff of the Pacific Comfort Inn. They were amazingly helpful and especially kind. They accommodated my families needs in every way. The lobby is beautiful and well stocked with fresh tea and lemon water. The hot breakfast was also amazing with everything you could want. So glad I happened upon this treasure, especially in time of need.

Staff was so friendly & helpful. Breakfast had several options & a good variety, very good! I would highly recommend this hotel & plan to stay there again when visiting family

The first night was great! The beds were a bit high, you kind of had to take a running jump to get on top of the mattress but both the Mattress & Pillows could not have been more comfy. The next night we got back from our Scrapbook Convention in Puyallup @ 11:00 & we had new neighbors next to us. 2 moms & 3 children. They were yelling & Screaming so loudly we couldn't hear our music. Finally, I banged on the connecting door & they still didn't hear me, so I banged again. At this point, one of the Mom's said in a monotone voice, "You better settle down cuz I think the people in the next room over just banged on the door. They were quiet for all of 30 seconds. At this point, I reached for the phone to call the front desk & the phone was dead. So I changed OUT of my PJ's into street Clothes & marched to the front desk
