Clean, family friendly. Front desk made everything easy and accommodating!

Great location, it’s not far from Seatac Airport. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue is the adjoining morning breakfast area. The staff seems overwhelmed on weekends. My family and I stayed 3 days, we got complimentary vouchers for all 3 days. My daughter and I went on Saturday morning, when it wasn’t quite busy yet or before the rush. We sat at a table and could see 3 wait staff, it was about 2 tables to one staff member but we still waited for our beverages. Watching another table, after 5 min of no one checking on us. Me and another lady decided to walk up to the bar and ask for water and OJ. The manager was nice and apologized for her staff. I went up next and she yells “when people walk up it disrupts what we are doing”, and rudely stated “they just need to wait when we are ready”… like 5 min of ignoring us was not enough? Since I was there and fully ready to get yelled at she greets me with “what do you want?!”, as I said expecting to get a rude response; I ask “may I get a glass of water and OJ?” … huff and puffs later, I go back to my table. Needless to say I didn’t use my other two free vouchers. This hotel needs to remind staff you are in the hospitality industry. We know we are not at McDonalds but you don’t need to be rude.

My kids love the pool!

The staffs are friendly and professional. We got the pool to ourselves for 2hours (my kids had a blast). The room was clean, the pillows and the bed were soft. Would have been nice if there were microwave in the room.we come back again!!!

Upon arriving the hospitality person was rude and not inviting at all. There were other people of color checking in so naturally he assumed we were all together! Not a great start! We were on the 5th floor and the hallway was very dark. I couldn’t wait to get in the room because I didn’t feel safe. Well, the room was dark too. Very low wattage bulbs in the lamps of those that were working. One of the lamps was blinking so we turned it off. When I told the check-in person that I had a small pet I was charged fees that I could not find on their online site. What has happened to hotels these days. They say pets are welcome but charge outrageous fees for them to stay with their families. I was charged a $100 fee plus a $40 hold on my credit card in case of damages. I have mixed feelings about Hotel Interurban. It just didn’t feel warm or welcoming! I felt bad vibes all through the stay!

Arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 and was informed that they are fully booked a double queen room that I booked was not available. I was informed that they can provide me a King room with a rollaway bed. I agreed because my family was already tired. We went and parked our car ( parking is not free) and later went to our room. To out surprise, the rollaway bed was not there. We have to call front desk to inform them that the bed that they said they will bring was not in the room. We finally slept after the bed was brought in. I tried to adjust the temperature and adjusted the side of the thermostat but it is not working. The room was very hot for us and my little kid started coughing that lasted throughout the night. We got probably 4 hours of sleep. The room was clean. Bathroom was okay but the hardware that was holding the shampoo, soap and conditioner was very loose and not tightened. It would have been a good stay if the hotel was maintained better.

Our family stayed here for the night before flying from Seatac. It was very easy to pull in and park. The check-in was superb - very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner in the restaurant on site and it was delicious. Rooms are a good size. nice and clean and finished well. It was super convenient to the airport as well.. We will stay here again!

The hotel is newer and decent. I like the bed and the pillows. My husband did not like the pillows. Our bathroom sliding door was broken so it was VERY hard to close and open. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors talking until 2:30am. Like every. single. word. They kept saying the F word when I have my 3 kids with me. Overall, I will not stay there again.

The service is amazing. I’m usually there once per month for about a week and it is consistently well run, everything is super clean and comfortable and well appointed. Some of the staff even recognize me. I really enjoy staying there. It is very convenient to use the shuttle. I will continue to recommend it to friends and family as well as stay there for my monthly-ish business travel. Restaurant is great!
