This place was a gem. You never know what you’re going to get but this place was perfect. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom high end hotel for good price. Great for my family of 7

By far, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The beds were amazing! So clean and up to date. Staff was always welcoming… we have a large family so we stayed in the two bedroom suite (324). A perfect room for large groups and love that it had two full bathrooms. Staff wasn’t bothered that we asked for more pillows and blankets. They were always pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast options were great and actually delicious. Outdoor seating with fire pits. So spacious and again very clean! While our room was just a little pricey (400/night) it was so worth it. Hands down, they definitely gets a 10/10. I have nothing bad to say and could go on about how great it is. Just know, whether it’s a business trip or family trip this place will meet all your needs.

I would 100% recommend this hotel for traveling families. The breakfast was great and the pool was A nice treat. The staff was really nice too! The proximity to food was great and it is 20 min from downtown Seattle

We stayed at the Element for 4 nights of our family vacation to Seattle. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and was also immaculately clean. The breakfast each day was wonderful and offered a nice variety for all appetites. We particularly enjoyed the espresso machine…what a nice treat! The staff could not have been friendlier. We wish we had a reason to come back to Seattle sooner, because we’d love to stay here again!

10 stars out of 5 😃.. Excellent hotel to stay; large clean rooms ( also had a small kitchen which is a bonus), free parking, nice hot buffet breakfast, pool for kids and friendly staff.. Looks like a new property. Competitive price. I would like to stay in a similar property everything time.. if i could when traveling with family.

We asked for an accessible room. Ours was not. I asked for a grab bar in the shower for my husband. We don’t get one. The property said they are handicap accessible but their rooms are not. He was unable to shower the 3 days we were there. The pictures of the room before booking showed an accessible bathroom. The e didn’t get it. My son fell back on a wobbly chair, hitting hit head on the corner of the bed frame, causing him to get 3 staples in his head. The property advertises as ‘family friendly’ but it was not. No food on site except for continental breakfast. Or you buy ‘snacks’ from the lobby. The pool was cold, and the lift for handicap people wasn’t working.

I would have given this a 5 star rating all the way around but there was a lot of fighting at the pool. There was one adult with nine kids had been there since “11am” and kids where purposely splashing people in the face, running around the pool, jumping in right next to people to “splash” them as well as them using water toys to spray you. Adult didn’t really supervise. When people complained to staff nothing was done about it. All the fighting was very uncomfortable

This hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. I was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for parking. Parking should be included. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew I had to pay to park. The kids at the pool were wild and some were unattended. I wasn't very happy that there were young children without adults or children with adults that were spraying water guns all over everyone and everything.
