Hot tub is way too small and was way too over crowded with small children. Also parking is way too expensive.

The room itself was clean but the closet smelled pretty bad. (Feet or BO) the kids were very disappointed that the pool has been closed for maintenance as that was the reason for booking that hotel.

During checked in we were informed that the pool is closed for repairs. I would apprecaite it if we were informed, so wouldve changed plans With three young kids, they were not thrilled about it.

First room, ants. Second room, ants. Third room, broken pull out couch. Fourth room, finally an alright room, changed rooms 4 times in 2 days. Was accommodated to one night stay off of my fee and they paid for us to wash our laundry. We were here for 3 nights and the breakfast was great, but very irritated about the fact that we had 2 small kids and had to move so much and once at 9pm due to not knowing the pull out couch was broken until bedtime.

Pool closed, gym closed, literal prostitutes that got arrested finally after hours in the lobby and comments to our children and a broken toilet in our room. Worst hotel experience to date.

So to start my vacation at check in we were i formed the elevators were down amd not working for probably our whole stay. I have astma , and sleep apnea so this immediately start out on a bad foot . So my girls and cousin had to pack 6 peoples luggage 4 flights of stair . After unpacking our stuff we went to the pool where their was largs amouns of standing water , and extremely slippery floor and stairs. I began entering the pool and took my first step into the pool and slipped on the top step falling on my left side injuring my back, leg, arm and knee. After this on my first day of vacation i was unable to have an enjoyable trip. Mainly to pain and discomfort of my body from my fall , but not wanting to stop my family's fun i stayed behind in the truck were i spent most of my trip board and uncomfortable.

Compared to other Embassy Suites, they don’t give a mattress pad or more than 3 blankets per suite. When we explained we applied 2 blankets to act as mattress pads for the uncomfortable mattress in sofa bed, the director of housekeeping refused our request to supply one more blanket for our kid. I had to spend an extra 10 minutes to redo the bed with towels instead of a mattress pad so my kid would have a blanket. It’s most inconvenient after driving many hours and a tiring eventful day. I wish they told us before I spent another 10-15 minutes re-assembling the bedsheets. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us about this blanket limit until an hour later when we called to inquire about whether they forgot about our request for a blanket. By then the bed was already assembled with the blankets underneath as a mattress pad and sheet. Were they hoping we forgot about the blanket request?? The Embassy Suites Tigard location was most helpful and even set up the mattress pad and sheets for our bed. Most unfortunate that the last night of our vacation was soured by this experience.
