Comfortable beds, spacious shower, and plenty of space to stretch out after outdoor school in the San Juan Islands. The food was delicious, the front desk staff was professional and courteous, and the shuttle driver made us laugh the next morning en route to an early flight at SeaTac. Easy access to Southcenter mall (walking path across the street) which also has many delicious restaurants. Great to stay for travel OR soccer or other kids sports event due to location.

Nice and clean hotel with larger rooms than most standard hotels. Staff are very polite and friendly. However the pictures of the room shown on Expedia (Room, 2 Queen Beds) is not the room you'll get. The pictures shown are for their executive room (which include a sofa, more counterspace in the washroom and a balcony). This was a little misleading as I was expecting this room when I arrived. Overall, our standard room was still comfortable for our family and we enjoyed our stay.

The room and building was nice and clean but there was no tv channels for kids and hardly any lighting in the bathroom and had to pay to park at the hotel even though staying there and had to pay for breakfast and it tasted terrible.

Most friendly, helpful staff. The hotel atmosphere is wonderful. We are local and sometimes just need dates without our kids, a close getaway and this hotel is amazing. We will definitely be back!
