The property was in a safe and convenient area but: 1. The employee removing our luggage was reeking of marijuana, and. 2. when one walks to an excellent breakfast restaurant, one is forced to see homeless people and drug addicts milling around. No child should be forced to see all that first thing in the morning.

Property and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. A lot of dining options. Will refer it to friends and family members. Definitely will be back!

It was such an amazing stay!!! Super safe, walkable, clean, the beds were new and amazing!!! Good Mattresses makes a huge difference! Gary at the front desk went above and beyond for my family! Can’t wait to stay here again! You can also walk to the train station, catch the monorail, or a bus! All just outside the front of the hotel and within a few blocks.

Check-in customer service was horrible. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was very nice. Hotel seems more ideal for conference than family/vacation. I'd recommend a different hotel.

Room was not what not up too par. Needee some repairs. Was upgraded supposedly but wasnt our family had a bigger bathroom then we did in a upgraded room

Kind staff - one even surprised my baby with a stuffed toy upon check in. Central location - everything is within walking distance. Big room which was quiet and very clean.

Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. Hotel was clean. Elevators were fast. Parking was easy. Preferred location for our family as it’s just close enough to Pike Place.

Two of our three rooms were ready for early check in. The last room was not ready until almost 5pm. The front desk staff was great about making sure that all of my family were on the same floor. The hotel is centrally located making most destinations walkable. There is no bar except for Ruth’s Chris’s restaurant and that has limited seating.
