I would stay again, but FYI-Check in was sub standard. The desk staff spoke little English, so communication was difficult. Check in wasn’t until 4:00 & we were early so I paid $50 fee to check in early. We had a group of 12, with 3 rooms; only 1 was ready. However, by 3:30 rooms were still not ready for other guests as well as our other 2. Obviously, there is a problem with staffing as well as communication with the cleaning people as we had been there for over 4 hrs! The pool was nice & kids swam while waiting. There were no towels, so we shared towels from the one room. The rooms were very nice & clean. Beds were good; pillows were meh. The showers were great. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausage patties & potatoes. Also oatmeal in a crockpot as well as miso soup. There were other favorites too. As guests you get transportation to & from the airport & within a 5 mile radius. This is good, EXCEPT there is only 1 van! With the poor communication & changing desk staff reserving the van didn’t mean you actually got it when you wanted it. My son in law went down early & overheard the driver talking about leaving with another group, which would have meant he would missed have his reserved time to the airport! The other group was willing to go with him, but the driver got confused & told them to wait until he came back - a 45 min wait. Why? Buy a 2nd van! The van driver routinely talked & texted on the phone~ not good!! A headset should be provided for passenger safety.

The property was great for a couple nights stay for a family of five. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even though she was clearly incredibly busy and working by herself. The room was very nice with a great shower! A few minor cleanliness issues, but nothing gross, disgusting, or off-putting. The pool was okay, and you could tell it was well used & that the hotel was busy and short handed as the pool area on the first night was neglected. The next day it was fully restocked & cleaned. Overall, it was a nice facility and we would consider it again if in the area.

The property is situated about 15 minutes away from SEA-TAC airport, maybe 2 miles away from a super Walmart and small restaurants, there's a Providence medical office at the corner and has quiet surrounding area. Has a small indoor pool. One or 2 front desk clerks were not friendly. One acted like we were bothering her when we asked what restaurants were around the area. She clearly doesn't show any enthusiasm nor appreciation for her role. Housekeeping staff Tan (not sure exact name but it starts with a "T"), i think she's from Myanmar, she's so gracious. Always greeted us. Also Evelyn, kitchen staff - She's amazing! She was hustling, guests asked for refills and she did it so fast without any issues. I got them little gift sets to show my appreciation. I said goodbye to these 2 the day before we left. Our room - i opted for a junior suite, i like a seating area and the sofa pulls to become a bed. I smelled cigarettes. Maybe the room needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It would've been better if the sink and the shower were both in the bathroom so you can brush your teeth/wash your hands without waking up the others. The shower - not enough water pressure And we're on the 1st floor!!! Imagine how it was on the 5th?!! Also the neighboring guests had young kids. I love kids. But not screaming kids at 6am!! I tried to call the front desk - no answer. Anyway, on our next visit, will most likely stay in Spokane area just to experience more nature.

This was a great property- We had family of 5 staying but only 4 towels in the room... but a good size room for everyone. There was a hotel fee to cover breakfast, parking etc which was fine but when I paid for the hotel in Dec this was out of my budget.. Breakfast was great/ shuttle service was great as well. Overall we would definitely stay at this property again..

Nice room for our family. Clean and looks pretty new inside. The only complaint is Expedia says it comes with breakfast, but there is a charge for breakfast (kids eat free). The breakfast was pretty good though.

Staff not focus on providing the typical level of hospitality one would expect. For example, you have to turn in a voucher (they will only give you one for your whole party). The staff insists that the whole party eat breakfast at the same time. Unwilling to work with families and be flexible. 🙁

The room was okay, we booked wrong. If you look at the photos when booking they all show a suite room. We didn’t realize this, and booked just a room. It was cramped for a family with 2 kids, and a baby.We prefer a suite, it helps a lot when it’s time to calm baby down but older kids want to watch tv. I did not have time to take photos, as I could not trust my baby to be on the floor whatsoever. He managed to find litter under the bed, and we had to remove trash left in the room from his mouth. The overall room was okay, there was an odd smell. I don’t know if it was the overall hotel, or perhaps our room was not properly cleaned. We booked the hotel for our kiddos to have some chill time in the pool, however there was a mom and 3 kids that showed up right after us. She allowed them to jump, splash, and scream. My kids are unable to relate to this type of play, and our baby did not like having the water splash in his face, or the loud screams. This is no fault of the hotel itself, I did report them to the lady on staff , who said she’d report it to the next person. We chopped it up to needing to look for a place with a more spacious pool next time. The breakfast was okay, not enough options for my taste, kids and husband liked it. If you’re looking for a fast stay for airport travel it’ll do.

Great place for our little family on a traveling stopover, the room with two tvs made it possible for the kids to watch a show while the adults watched something different. Nice breakfast too.
