Wingate by Wyndham Moses Lake

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in. First night wind blew through the air conditioner creating a high pitch noise. I was unable to sleep at all. It felt like I was in a wind tunnel. Second night, people in room were very load even past the quiet hour. At one point, they were so loud that they woke up my deaf child. He could feel the vibrations coming from their room.

I liked that I was able to book a room when I found the Fairfield was sold out. I didn’t like that after I was settled into my room, the Wingate desk clerk came to my room and asked if I’d downgrade and move to another room so a family could use my larger room. I was told that when I checked out, I would be refunded $15 for each of my two nights stay. When checking out I was told by the morning desk clerk that refunds for my room downgrade weren’t available for my stay. I was made to feel as if I'd been tricked in to the change of rooms. I also didn't like that the carpets were unkept. The hallway rugs seemed very dirty, almost greasy, and the room entry way was about as bad. The little bars of soap smelled bad enough that I went to Walmart and purchased a bottle of body wash that I used before I was able to get into the nearby Fairfield by Marriott Hotel.

Excellent place to say . Clean , the staff is so nice and the breakfast is good. Super kid friendly. We keep coming back every time we go to the dunes. This is our go to place

Nice and clean. Good breakfast buffet. They had clearly posted guidelines for youth sports teams so there were not kids running all over late at night, even though multiple youth hockey and volleyball teams were staying (including ours). It was single digit temps for the high when we stayed, but, it appeared that they had everything operational and clean. Only complaint I have is that the shower had little water pressure so that could be better.

Stay was great. Staff was helpful when we needed something for the room. Breakfast staff was thoughtful as she gave our grandkids a popsicle treat. She made their morning.

Overall it is a very good hotel. The walls between rooms should be addressed. We could easily here talking and young kids crying

I loved everything about this motel my kids loved the swimming pool everyone at the front desk was welcoming and all the fast food restaurants are pretty much within walking distance! We absolutely love it and intend to stay again!

Nice clean room. There was a used washcloth draped on the shower curtain when i arrived. Other than that it was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was really friendly. The kids and I enjoyed the pool.

We had a suite, which was a nice size for our family. There was not a working fan in the bathroom so the entire room was hot and humid after showering for hours. The receptionist was nice, apologized and said they'd have it fixed (though, after we left). The housekeeping vacuumed the room above us really early in the morning, after the previous residents dropped and slammed things as much as possible before leaving so it was an early morning with tired kids. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good- lots of selection and our kids loved the pool. We've stayed at several of the hotels off Hwy. 17 while visiting family- this has been the best, so far.
