One block from two gas stations, convenient off of I90. Across the parking lot was a coffee shop and a Fatburger. We could see a public park (with kids’ climbing stuff) a block away. Road noise was not an issue - we could see the expressway, but didn’t really hear it. Breakfast was supposed to be continental, but there was hot food as well - a bonus. Beds and pillows were spectacular - very comfortable. Only drawback - no sheers on the windows, just blackout curtains.
