Great property and location, but when they are doing laundry there is a strong smell of natural gas which made me and my family feel unwell. As a safety and security manager for 3 high-rise buildings i knew this was a leak from one of their machines. When i informed the man working at the front desk he was very nonchalant and dismissive of my concerns.

The front desk gal both days was very helpful and professional. The only two negatives was were were on different floors and areas of our kids room and the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. The rest of the stay was great and quiet.

Our stay at the property was for a family emergency. Everything in the room met our immediate needs. One suggestion for comfort in the room would be to add an extra blanket to the beds or one available in the closet. The temperature outside was 23 degrees over night. We each had a hard time staying warm overnight, despite the room being a comfy 68 degrees. Otherwise, all was great. The breakfast room (with made-to-order omelet!!) was excellent. This was our second stay on the property. We'll be back as we still have family here.

Here for one night as it s short business trip and found this place. Amazing ..I have pass this lots of times and not even given it’s a second glance but now it’s my go to when over here again .. I might ever bring my family! The grounds are beautiful and clean the lake is a plus. Next time I would request a room that looked over the lake but I arrived late and let early so maybe next time. There is a restaurant and bar with a great break fast ..nicest place I have stayed in a long time.

We booked 2 rooms for weekend giveaway, but one of the room didn't have soap or shampoo. My kids had to shower in our bathroom. Front desk can be a bit friendlier to the people of color.
