Best Western Rama Inn

Several family members stayed here for a family event.

Convenient for our family. Lots of folks using the pool. Supermarkets nearby.

The Inn was very pet friendly. The pool was well used by families with children.

We always enjoy staying here when visiting our grandkids. Very clean and comfortable and good value overall. Suggestions to make it even better: 1. Add MW in breakfast area to heat up lukewarm food; add some simple pastries. 2.Add LED bulbs to brighten up the room. 3. Change out shower head. The head is adjustable, but could only adjust to a trickle or too hard of spray. We appreciated the potatoes breakfast option which is not offered in most motels. We had potato patties one morning which is much better than the tots other mornings. We will definitely continue to stay here while visiting family.

I didn't like the pool with too many people and kids inside

Was a bit disappointed when we got there to found out that the pool, dry sauna and hot tub are all closed for renovations. To add more to the disappointment, a bunch of basketball tournaments going on that weekend in which every child/preteen in the building were allowed to be running up-and-down the halls until well after midnight. To put the cherry on top, it was not advertised that it is right next to an airport. Listening to the planes take off and land every hour throughout the night was unpleasant. Lastly, to my surprise (shouldn't have been surprised) they also charged me for the room, even though I'd already paid on Hotels.com. daya prior to arrival. Not exactly the greatest trip, considering we were there for a funeral. Just glad to be home now.
