Best Western Bronco Inn

Upon checking in, the front desk person was pleasant, very chatty and we were exhausted after driving seven hours. We want to get the room and go to sleep for a hour before we had to leave again for the concert. Of course, he didn’t know our schedule or that we had been driving all day. However, knowing your audience is helpful. The room was fine. The bed comfortable and it had a refrigerator and a microwave. We were placed in their remodeled area and while again the room was fine, my only complaint is the bathroom sink. It is so tiny with a massive vanity, there’s literally no way not to make a mess with it. It looks like something in a kids treehouse.

Very good, family friendly hotel. The pool was incredible and I loved that we had 24 hour access. Would definitely recommend!

Easy access, nice staff but I would get better shower curtains and maybe some texture in the tubs-they are pretty slick for kids. Hot tub wasn’t working either but the kids still enjoyed the pool.

Consistently clean and comfortable and friendly. Good to have a place to land when visiting family, and to know it will be a lovely resting space.

After checking in, we noticed an “Appeal to Heaven” flag in the lobby. This flag is closely associated with the white nationalist movement. We also found displayed prominently literature from Dutch Sheets, a Christian Nationalist. As a non-white family, we felt neither welcome nor safe at this property. My recommendation to other families of color would be to avoid this property, because at best, the management thinks you should be a second class citizen.

The staff were friendly. The pool was well kept and had entertainment for the kids which is great. Breakfast was good, everything was replenished quickly.

the customer service at the counter is great very friendly made everything very easy for me very clean and the pool is open 24 hrs my kids love this property I will definitely come back and I recommend this property!!!

Traffic on the freeway was loud as were the kids coming from the pool. We were close to the elevator.

Our room was beautiful and clean. The “continental” breakfast was actually a freshly-cooked hot meal with options for eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, ham, etc. all of the staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely be staying with them in the future. Very highly recommended for families or anyone!
