This is our new go to hotel when visiting family! Friendly staff and lovely room! Price for the room was affordable because you can get so much out of this hotel!

Overall, we have enjoyed our numerous stays. However, we have noticed that there have been many noisy children running through the halls. The walls between rooms and floors are not well insulated. Our next visit we will be sure to ask to be put on the top floor.

The pool was way too cold for me and my kids. I would guess 70 degrees?? It also 3-5' drop within 8' is way too aggressive for little kids. So it's not family, or kids friendly. Also, please stretch the carpets. My kids tripped twice. I'm glad they didn't get badly hurt but that's a liability on the hotel. And, where is the air exhaust on the bathroom??? No way to turn it on or air it out after a hot shower

Breakfast was a disappointment. When I came down at 9:25 am Saturday June 10. Breakfast until 10:00am. There was one serving of scrambled eggs left. I asked the breakfast hostess if anymore eggs were getting prepared? They said No. I said there is still 35 minutes left of breakfast. They said they are limited to how much eggs are prepared each day . Are you kidding? On a Saturday? Box eggs? It was a Brandi Carlile weekend at The Gorge. Most of the people at that hotel went to the concert. Concert ended at Midnight. Walk to cars at least 20 . Drive to Wenatchee 50 minutes. Everyone was coming in at 1:45 am! Most of the chairs and tables filled at 9:30am. But yet Fairfield inn can’t supply god damn box eggs to everyone ! . I paid $200 that night. So my friend I had to share that one serving. I didn’t like the hostess not doing there job on refilling items.

Great staff! Very clean and comfortable rooms. No hot tub but they had a pool (that was very cold but the kids didn’t mind). Will continue to stay at this property.

This seems to be the newest hotel in town. Clean and functional and probably far more enjoyable on a more normal stay. My stay coincided with some kind of local baseball tournament kids that drove in families from all over the state. They completely took over the hotel like they owned it. Fully entitled. Occupied the restaurant, bar, pool, lobby areas fully and completely, making it inaccessible for other guest. They brought own food and drinks from the outside. We wanted to have a drink at the bar, but the space was taken by the kids eating local pizza deliveries. I understand it’s a challenging situation for the hotel management to control but clearly the majority overpowered the minority, ignoring the rules. How to teach those people/families/kids the importance of sharing equally, being considerate of others, and respecting the rules…
