Very comfortable room. Three items that room (324) could use: Non skid on tub floor. Upper front door hinge needs tightening The refrigerator is noisy….it interrupts sleep Employees are all very friendly and professional!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and shopping at Cascade station. It was easily accessible to the freeway to head to Vancouver or downtown Portland area. The hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast. The area was safe for families and those traveling alone to come and go from.

We stay here for the unique rooms with multiple beds for all the kids. Our room that was booked was not available which left 10 year olds alone in their own room.

Hotel is clean and modern. Plenty of seats in dining room for free breakfast buffet. Hotel shuttle can take you to light-rail station to visit downtown or direct to airport. Parking felt safe and not sketchy. Walk-able to food near-by. Great heated, indoor pool for the kids to play in. Laundry and fitness room with updated equipment. Very close to I-205. Would stay again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was a little over a month ago, and it was fantastic. This time around I stayed with my dog in a dog-friendly unit, and maybe that’s why I had a night and day different stay. The room was really smelly, almost like body odor or cigarettes. And it had a really bad ant infestation issue; when I got up to the use the bathroom at 4:00am, there were hundreds absolutely everywhere in the bathroom. I spotted some in the kitchen as well. It made me feel dirty and like I wanted to immediately leave. I also saw a random guy up to no good outside the hotel window at 4:30am. He didn’t look like a person experiencing homelessness, but he had a trash bag filled with something and was hanging around the cars. It didn’t make me feel safe at all. I’d stay somewhere else next time I’m in Portland. The staff member who checked my family in, Tammy, was exceptional. And breakfast was good. Two selling points for the hotel, but after dealing with bugs all over in my room, not enough to get me to come back.

Checked in after a long drive from Eugene. Got a room a the second floor, far from elevator. Get to the room and the toilet doesn’t work. Then we get moved to the first floor, also far from the elevator. With 7 luggage bags and 2 young children. Other than that it was okay.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Both mornings we had a cherr competition and had tomleave before breakfast began so the front desk made our family "to go" bags with bagel and cream cheese, yogurt and fruits. We were so thankful! The room was spacious and clean. We did find an ant in the bathroom. Pool was very nice and warm. Only negative was every time we went there werent any fresh towels and it was in a separate building so we had to walk outside in the cold in our wet suits. Other than that we had a great weekend and will stay there again.
