Comfort Suites Portland Airport

My stay at the comfort suites made my trip easier and affordable. My family and I were picked up from the airport on time, staff from the front dest to house keepers were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Booked a room for arrival and departure from PDX. Found the facilities and room to be run down and dirty. Didn’t want to return for my second stay, but neither the hotel nor Expedia would take responsibility and transfer my family to another location. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.

I slept like a baby all night.

Stayed 3 nights for a sports tournament. Even though close to the airport, couldn’t hear a thing outside the room. Breakfast was on the better side of what I have experienced over the years. Would stay here again. 2 kids 2 adults.

I was told that the shuttle would pick us up. Then they couldn't and we had to walk 2 miles in a blizzard with my child and suitcases through sketchy parts of town to the motel.

Stayed for 2 nights alone with my kids. Felt VERY safe and quiet. Pool and hot tub were great (although could have been a bit warmer). Breakfast had a lot of great options (cereal, oatmeal, sausage and eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc) and was open from 6am-9:30am!! Complaints: They double charged me for one night (Im still waiting for a refund), the room had remnants of the previous guest (food in and under the bed, dirty sock in the closet) and the sofa bed was a bare mattress (we had to call someone to bring us the bedding and make the bed up ourselves). Other than that, this stay was excellent! No signs of homeless or other "shady people" in the area and there is plenty of food/dining options nearby (even a 24-hour convenience store across the parking lot which was SUPER handy).

We booked 4 rooms for 9 family members. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was on the high end of hotel free breakfasts. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very friendly. Area felt very safe.

Had a trip in Oregon that I took a drive out the night before for, was refreshing to take a swim and sit in the hot tub, they had a room with 3 queen beds, we had our kids with us- this was the closest experience/ large room. Breakfast was good, the eggs and sausages didn’t look too appealing. Everything else good and pretty fresh.
