Twenty little kids next door, running up and down hall, having time of their lives. They finally shut up around 11:30. Also flat awful pillows.

Staff customer service was exceptional. Heather was great at check-in. The knob for the hand held shower head was broken & the water was slow to drain in the tub. Parking after 7pm can be ridiculous and difficult to find a space at times. Also, my family noticed a bed bug on the wall next to the bed & night shade in the room across from us, so that was disappointing. I was present when it was noticed..No one from the hotel staff bothered to come in to look at it, so it appeared that it was of no surprise to the hotel staff. Appreciated how promptly they responded to switch rooms for my family. I’d stay again because I have personally never had any issues during my previous days. Seeing that bed bug creeped me out but I’ll just make sure to check the beds very closely next time.

The beds were entirely to hard and there were a lot of kids screaming in the lobby. This made this experience a terrible one. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where this activity was allowed.

This is a beautiful and posh hotel! The lobby is gorgeous and everything is clean and welcoming. Quiet and spacious rooms were great for traveling with a toddler. Parking is a bit far from the entrance, so if you have elderly or handicapped people in your party, drop off at the long front driveway makes it easier. Can't wait to stay there again!
