Omni Richmond Hotel

We visited Richmond for a family occasion. We have stayed at the Omni at least two times before. Always an excellent choice. Clean, comfortable, pleasant and effective employees.

The Omni was an excellent experience from start to finish. the staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, and they had the common sense to put our two rooms next to each other, given the fact that we were there with our children.

My kids and I came for a one night stay to attend a music festival. The room was clean and hotel is impressive. The fact that they don’t offer free WiFi is an anomaly these days as most hotels do. Wish parking was also complimentary. Since this is a higher end hotel, my expectation would be to offer these conveniences to guests free of charge.

Great stay. Beds are amazing. I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was so good.

The hotel was beautiful, it had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was a close to restaurants and the breakfast downstairs is a must try when you are here. The only thing i wish they had was a microwave in the room. I had to go to a different floor to heat up my food. I only had 2 issues, one was valet and the other was the pet policies. The valet is not through the hotel, its another company. I had a valet employee smoke in my car and once i got in the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The hotel supervisor helped us out and the manager from valet called us and gave us a refund for one night. Now in regards to the pet policy, my family decided to go to the pool a couple nights and then we see a dog wandering around the pool area. It wasn't on a leash a couple times. The pet owner didn't put the dog back on a leash or in the bag it was in until my husband said something. Either than that, this hotel was nice.
