Usually I don’t comment or leave reviews but in this case I feel that I must. Let’s start off with how there were kids everywhere in the lobby area. Don’t get me wrong I have nothing against children but when they are disrespectful of people space and the parents are not tending to them there is an issue. One child knocked my coffee out of my hands when entering the elevator due to playing hide and go seek. No parent in sight. Then let’s talk about the room. There were not enough towels, the tub backed up with water when showering. Plus the sink leaked. It was overall a frustrating stay for me and usually inever complain. It’s unfortunate that my experience was not as good as it could’ve been.

Very nice hotel & employee excellent!! Just one thing there bunch loud kids next door to my room had to call twice & go down to the desk before anything was done about it.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. Beautiful hotel, lovely atmosphere, excellent customer service. The room was clean and inviting. The floor were we stayed was pleasantly quiet. Didn't sleep well as the beds were uncomfortable for me. The gym was great and the pool is beautiful but the water was abnormally cool. This pool was by far one if the coolest I have been in, my children had to get multiple times due to their shivering after a few mins of play. But overall a nice stay in a beautiful hotel with a couple of not so nice amenities.

We were welcomed by very professional staff and given splendid courtesy when our GPS didn't take us correctly to our recreational location. Your staff provided us with a map of the area and gave us perfect directions to the location of our family function. Later that evening when checking in, although one of your staff was "in training" and couldn't find our information, she placed us in more capable hands, with a great smile of courtesy. We were overall very impressed with your premises and will stay again!

Family stay for one night visit to Virginia Beach. The room condition was old and there were cleaning solutions on the duvet cover which my kids discovered.
