Hampton Inn Richmond-Mechanicsville

As I traveled to Mechanicsville, VA for my daughter's baby shower, I was received by the attendance Ms. Evette with such awesome joy. My room was spotless. As a matter of fact, room services had just completed servicing the room. The attendant, Ms. Evette double checked the room before we entered the room. I experience excellent service and the hospitality was better than I have ever experience anywhere else. The smile, friendliness, and professionalism displayed was greatly appreciated. I felt so welcomed when I entered the hotel. I was greeted immediately upon entering the facility before I even approached the counter like I was coming home to family. I had the great opportunity to speak with the hotel manager Ms. Jolisa as well. She is surely top notch. I see why her employees are of high standards. It actually trickles down from the top. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. The baby is due in late March, so I'll see you then. I know I will receive the same services as this time. Martha

It was very convenient for us. Next to the interstate and close to family.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was exceptional! Only dislike is the breakfast. To limited of selection for my families preference.

I want to thank Aaron for his kindness when checking us in and to Hai (?) for insisting that we have a bigger room since it was 6 of us, including 2 kids. My grandson enjoyed having room to play with his balloons after the party and before we checked out. Even with the renovations going on, the hotel was clean and quiet during our stay. We would defintely stay here again when in the area.

Location is extremely convenient off the highway, it’s literally right next to it. Room was dirty, and outdated. Traveling with a baby, I didn’t want my crawler touching anything. It worked for an overnight passing through, however I don’t think I would stay again especially with the price. I’ve paid the same rate for much nicer hotels. This isn’t your nice “Hampton”.
