We booked here for a cute date night and staycation. We were greeted with an overly busy lobby area as there was some event going on. Went to dinner and came back hoping for a quiet evening! As we were pulling back into the parking lot, the fire alarms were going off. We were finally allowed back inside, tried to unwind and it was ridiculously loud, into the night. I called down to the front desk asking how long they expected this to go on. They advised midnight. It was so loud we couldn’t even hear the television 5 ft from us. There were kids running through the halls and over top of our heads in the room above us, the noise from the open areas below, as well as people screaming. If you book here please inquire about events going on during your stay. It was completely unacceptable.

The room was nice just smaller than I expected. Nevertheless, the staff was nice and welcoming. The food and drinks are very expensive there. & ohh my kids bed broke in the middle of the night 😲 tragic

Booked a hotel specifically for a staycation with my two children, but was significantly disappointed that the pool was closed and the advertised in-room wifi was $12 a night. The room was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed with the amenities.

The hotel has a very nice look, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and bathroom clean . There's a safe, coffe maker and a mini fridge available. I miss a microwave in the room but they have available outside in the ice/vending machine room ( yes, you need to share with other people ) . The mini fridge in the bedroom was really small and didn't refrigerate, was surrounded by furniture and the food you place on the shelf gets warm from the fridge motor. I didnt like at all, specially having kids with me . Other than that, no complaints about the place. Very convenient location and free parking.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival I noticed 20 kids playing in the lobby and there was a wedding taking place which was not a problem for us. We checked in, went up to our room while on the elevator we were met by 4-5 kids yelling and running through the halls which lasted well past midnight. At around 2 am we were awaken by what sounded like a microphone and loud beeping. We peak our heads out to the hall to hear the announcement. It was the Fire alarm ringing so naturally we panicked grabbed all of our things to leave when my husband suggested that we call the front desk only to be informed that the fire alarm had been pulled on “accident” and that we should remain in the room. It was such a scary situation as we were on the top floor and the fire alarm was going off. I ended up having a panic attack and could not rest. We checked out the next morning.

The hotel feels classy and has a nice ambiance. But the beds in the rooms are TINY. They are full-size mattresses I think, or at most a double size. For a family of 4 it was a really tight squeeze. Never have I slept in such a small bed in a hotel. There was barely enough room for 2 adults - the beds were more suited for only one adult. Additionally, the pool was nice and large, but the chemicals were so strong that our eyes were stinging. Definitely some kind of chemical imbalance. The hotel had a nice feel to it and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and modern. Nonetheless I would not stay there again unless they upgraded the beds to a queen size and monitored the pool maintenance more carefully.

Stayed here as a halfway stop as we were touring DC and picking up our kid from BWI the following day. The area was nice, quiet & near a mall. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the shower felt great. And parking was free & plentiful. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel didn't seem to have info about the area as far as dining goes.

Very nice hotel, except it was extremely noisy. Wedding reception let kids run rampant throughout the hotel until 1am. One of the kids at the hotel pulled the fire alarm at 12:40, waking everyone up in the process. Unfortunately I'll be staying elsewhere the next time I'm in the area.
