Tysons Corner Marriott

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and I felt very safe staying with my family.

Rather boarding hotel. As hotels-gold member I expect to get a room at a good floor and not with 100 kids having a blast. Had a rather noisy stay, and it wasn’t cheap!

Pack n play was outdated with no mattress. An older baby could easily pull themselves out it's so short. Bathroom tub drain was very slow.

We've stayed at another DC Marriott before our son's family moved to Falls Church, VA, and we like this one even more. Smaller and more convenient.

My family and I came to DC for the Dr Seuss experience with our 7 year old. The Marriot was centrally located for our needs. Everything was perfect.

I would not have booked this hotel had it not been close to family we were visiting. It’s isolated and extremely far away from anything except Tyson’s Corner Centre, which is a few minutes walk away. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming, they were actually quite cold and unhelpful - quite unusual for Marriott staff. They also weren’t clear - no one told us that we had to book cleaning service for our room when we checked in so it wasn’t cleaned after our first night there. This is the strangest Marriott property I have stayed at - very impersonal and quite frankly a disappointment. We stayed for three nights instead of the five we had planned and of course couldn’t get a refund although I had tried to change dates before our deadline was up but annoyingly Expedia wouldn’t allow me to, they wanted me to make a new booking at a more expensive rate for a shorter duration even though I already had one - bizarre!

The hotel staff was Terrible. Prior to my arrival had to cancel the reservation, because I am in active duty and my orders changed. The hotel still charged my Personal Credit card 3 times and refused to refund me the money, $290.00 The travel agency tried to reason with the Hotel and they refused, finally after a couple of days and the relentless persuasion from the travel agency, they agreed to release the hold. Since we are in the Midst of moving between bases my family is with me, wife and kids, when we heard there would be a refund we were happy; three days later, they took the money again from our credit card. So we had to cancel our card and dispute the charges with our bank. You would think they would have more respect for someone who is actively serving our country, but, it shows, they are more concern with 290.00 than doing what is right. I will stay at other Marriott's, but I will never again attempt to stay at this location nor recommend their facility to no one.

I stayed with my two kids. We enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable because first and foremost it was very clean. Everyone was very friendly.
