The Watermark Hotel

Room was huge with a variety of plugs for all electronics, sound machine in bedroom a great touch. 2 large TVs for families with varied tastes. Rooftop beer garden with large screen TV, yes please! Breakfast and parking included, absolutely yes! Variety of food choices at ground level, wish we could have tried Wren but they were booked solid. Metro stop and Capital One Hall within a block, yep! Great value for the amenities and location.

Took my wife and two young kids to this hotel on a last-minute staycation after we watched a show in the area. Highlights of our day was the comfortable beds and sizable room, and the breakfast buffet.

We arrived early for an early check-in offered through hotels.com for an additional fee. We could have checked in at that time, but we opted to wait for a room to become ready that overlooked The Perch outdoor 11th floor park. We had lunch downstairs at Wegmans while we waited, because the opening time for the food trucks was changed from 12pm to 3pm. But we did check in at 2pm and got a room on the top floor close to the elevator. We had a junior king suite with a comfortable little living area, a long table with a desk chair and a mini kitchen. It was just right. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Toiletries were in refillable full-sized bottles. Full breakfast was included and it was great. Enjoyed the 12pm check-out time. We had dinner at Wren. Very elegant. Loved the sashimi appetizers and fresh doughnuts. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is probably the best hotel I've stayed at personally. There's a lot to do around here and it's convenient to get to. The junior suite I had is about the size of a small one bedroom apartment. Think 500 ft. Is it beautiful newer hotel and there is enough to do around it to almost my day destination. Breakfast is outstanding. Amazing and family friendly. Such a nice vibe

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, it’s family and pet friendly, good price for where it is. The room is big and clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, the staffs are great! They have a dog park, mini golf, entertainment area, it’s a great place for a family trip. Also the Wegmans grocery store is downstairs, if you don’t want to eat out, that’s a great option. The Metro station is only few minutes walk from the hotel. We all love this hotel and will definitely come back next time when we’re in DC.

The terrace in the suite was extremely noisy due to AC units below - no peaceful enjoyment. Rideshare does not pick up or drop off at the hotel. You have to walk a block away, no matter which app you use. Elevators take FOREVER. Maybe good for families with kids and dogs but not for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Amazing property. I would absolutely come back time and time again as well as recommend all my family friends. What a beautiful location for a staycation.
