Excellent stay overall, really liked the location of the hotel with loads of shopping and dining options close by and only a few mins walk from the metro. The size of the suite was perfect for us with the two rooms, the kitchen area was useful and the bathroom was huge. Free breakfast was great though wish it was on until 10 during weekdays (I was travelling with 2 teenagers...). Loved the omlettes especially, though some pastries would have been good (advertised but none on offer during our stay). The evening reception was a great treat with free pretzels and chips and soft drinks for the kids. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, especially the omlettet makers and bar staff. We only had the room serviced once, and only one bed was made (sofabed, whilst other left unmade, which seemed odd) and the dwindling toilet paper not augmented, so we just left on the do not disturb sign for the rest of the stay. Also some previous resident had left a cigarette stub wedged in the window frame, I did dispose of that as it was a bit grim. But overall cleanliness was good. I would revisit this hotel as the location and size of the rooms are excellent, and the breakfast and evening reception are nice added extras.

I loved everything about it, except when their payment system was down. Ended up being charged three times, I remember going as a child multiple times lol I never remembered my parents being charged more than once ! this being a surprise trip for my partner, my partner ended up having to cover the rest of the trip, excluding the pre-planned events but overall everything was BEAUTIFUL !! loved it !!

Everything about our day at Embassy Suites was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. My daughter who had jetlag was able to use the big bedroom and shut the door so she was able to catch up on sleep and I slept on the pullout couch, which was just as comfortable as a bed. The spaciousness and layout of the room was perfect for us. I love the wide open atrium, and the breakfast buffet, which was free, was amazing. I had dinner in the bar one evening and the food was excellent. And every single person that I interacted with from the front desk clerk to the bartender was so nice! That makes such a huge difference in making your stay that much better. Parking was convenient right outside the hotel. I was happy I didn’t have to go to a parking garage And we paid $111 per night for this spacious comfortable clean room! That price was amazing, especially in this area. We didn’t bring any pets this time but we are always looking for pet friendly hotels and we saw dogs of all kinds here happily walking around, so they are very friendly for families with pets. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

When I booked for family of five persons through Hotels. com, the description mentioned in your application. It’s a suite of two rooms, king bed size. anyone will understand it’s a suite of two rooms and each room contains a king bed size but when I checked in at the hotel last Tuesday I surprised it’s not a suite of two rooms. It’s actually one bed room contains one queen bed size and the living room contains one sofa that can be opened as bed for two kids. When I spoke with the reception that this room does not fit for 5 persons they had to bring an extra bed but the room became very narrow and uncomfortable. So, the first issue I highlighted the description mentioned in hotels.com is not matching what I found when I checked in and I considered as kind of deception and lying to the customer. The second thing that usually each room in any hotel contains two tags (Do not Disturb) and (Please clean the room) but I found only (Do not Disturb) and when I asked the reception they told me that I have to submit a request and they will assign it to one of their housekeepers. Last Wednesday in the morning after we took our breakfast I asked the reception for full clean to our room but when we got back to the hotel at 10 p.m. we surprised no one of the housekeepers cleaned the room and when we escalated it to the reception we had to wait in the lobby for one hour to clean it. Overall, during our residence from 06/25/2024 to 06/30/2024, the room was cleaned two times only.

I had called the hotel Friday to let them know of a plan delay we were facing and we would be checking in late due to the delay. The representative advised me that would be fine as long as we arrived before 2am. We arrive like at 1:00pm. Well I was not able to check in until after 3am due to their systems crashing. During this time I expressed I had my two little kids and fiancé in the car waiting and expressed how exhausted we was etc and just wanted to be able to touch a bed. I waited and waited and waited patiently. The system never came back up. After waiting over 2 plus hours in the lobby the gentleman FINALLY gave us a room. He told me to speak with the manager in the morning about a compensation for our inconvenience. I tried to do so Saturday morning but the system was still down so they couldn’t do anything nor still properly check me in. We could not go to any other Hilton because it impacted all of their hotels so it was really unpleasant and threw a curveball for our family weekend trip. The fact that the representative made me wait in the lobby for over two hours with my kids sleep in the car was insane and non empathetic or understanding of one’s state of mind when they are tired and restless. They should have just gave us the room in the first place as a common courtesy, especially if they could see proof of reservation and it was paid ahead of time. Instead the front desk person made me wait two whole hours only! Very disappointing!

We stayed 3 nights to be in the area for a medical procedure. Like that it was a two room suite as we had our child with us and i could go in the bedroom for privacy after the surgery. Didnt like that the frig was so tiny. Rooms need more lighting as well and had several outlets that didnt work. No coffee other than what tiny amount is in the room if you dont get down for breakfast. Everyone mentions the complimentary drink at the bar but we received just 1 ticket for our 3 night stay which we didnt end up using. Had a hard time with the internet as well. No place to put trash either which is very annoying.

The first room we stayed in was terrible. The bedroom smelled like feces and we couldn't target the source but the pillow smelled of it very strongly. It was late at night and we were exhausted (had just been able to get our baby to sleep) so we stayed in there that night but the concierge did little to compensate us. We should've gotten that first night free.

Overall loved the property and staff was very nice and professional. The indoor pool was great for the kids most days we had the pool to ourselves. The location of the hotel was close to great food and shopping options.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by the check-in staff. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was very kind and helpful. The layout of the hotel was very unique and rooms being split having the bedroom away from the entry way made for a very quiet and pleasant experience. We were concerned about noise from children running up and down the hall, but having the rooms with that layout...we never even noticed once we turned in for the nite. The breakfast was beyond expectations, especially with the made to order omelet bar. This was definitely more than we expected. The only complaints we have at all are very minor...the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor. Perhaps better high flow shower heads would fix that. Only one elevator was working during our stay, this made it really inconvenient at times causing cramped conditions or extended waiting to get to our floor. When we were leaving, the second elevator was working finally. This was our first time at an Embassy Suites, but we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
