I was very disappointed the carpet felt damp and dirty. My kids feet were black on the bottom from walking on the carpet I have pictures the air conditioning did not work. It felt very humid in there and the refrigerator on medium setting. Everything froze that I had placed in the refrigerator, I was very disappointed. I have stayed and comfort inns before I was very happy unfortunately I can’t say that for this time the beds were very uncomfortable. I informed the front desk and showed the pictures to her that I had. I would like to have a refine. However, they said Expedia would have to resolve this.

The staff was very friendly however the room conditions weren't great. The first room smelled horribly like urine. The second room wasn't much better. The third was a tad better but had a residue smoke smell. There wereng any other options for my family and I so we had to stay. We noticed later that the bathroom had a strong sewer smell.

Great for families. Clean facility. Staff is friendly. Pool area is small but good for small children. Would stay again.

We had an adjoining room. A family that checked in the room next door opened the adjoining door, as it wasn’t locked all the way. Their child also cried and screamed all night long and they had a barking dog with them as well. The walls are very thin!!

Our stay was great! The room was nice and clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fantastic! We also really liked the area outside the breakfast room; there were tables and chairs and a tv. It was a really nice place to enjoy a meal or spend time with family and friends outside of our hotel room.
