Best Western Plus Inn at Hunt Ridge

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel rooms, lobby, pool area etc. were very clean. The staff was very pleasant. The free breakfast in the morning had a great variety. My kids loved the pancake machine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Lexington. The staff is wonderful, especially Debbie at the front desk. The rooms are just right for our family

The hotel was very clean. The room was great for a family of 5 (2 queen beds & 1 sofa bed). The convenience of a microwave & fridge was nice. The bathroom was very clean. It was a quiet stay. My kids LOVED the pool, we always had it to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, various, great options and, again, very clean. The staff was also friendly, nice, and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks good from outside but very dated when you enter. The decor & furniture in common areas and in the room needs upgrades. The hotel is pet friendly and I am dog owner so that was not an issue but it felt like the room should have some type of air purifier or purification system. My allergies (eyes itchy & red, scratchy throat) started as soon as entered the room. There was odd smell in the room. There should also be stations for dog owners to clean up after dogs. There was lots of feces in grassy areas. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and the shower head needs to be replaced. The sofa was worn with spots & was not comfortable to sleep on. I chose the size of room based on number of people. The teen was going to sleep on sofa but was not comfortable using the sofa & slept in bed with someone. The ceiling & walls are paper thin. There was child running several hours early morning over our head so definitely not resful sleep. I suggest families with young children stay on 1st floor. The television was outdated, the picture quality was poor & the remote didn't work well. For the price paid, I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. OVERPRICED for quality of the room. I have paid much less for much better quality. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Closest hotel to Virginia Horse Center. They know it's for equestrians. Hot breakfast is basic but nice to have. Pool helps for kids. Staff are the NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET. Several have worked there for years, and they all genuinely appear to be a family. I heard the manager tell a breakfast attendant she loved her after checking in. I heard a hispanic employee teaching his sweet co-workers how to speak Spanish. It's become a home away from home for us at Virginia Horse Center shows for our daughter. With that being said, it needs a little love. The key card system doesn't work. We had to get our keys remade every. single. time. we got back - and we had two rooms with the same issue. Please lordy help this loyal, wonderful employees with a new card system. The finishes need a little love, and the electrical outlets in the bathrooms are frankly terrifying. They need replaced. The hotel was VERY clean and maintained as well as it could be with it's age. Cheers! We'll be back.

I can’t think of anything we needed that we couldn’t get. It would have been nice if the number of towels and wash clothes could have been in the room. We were 2 adults and 2 children but only 2 sets of towels in the room.
