Overall I loved this hotel--very, very nice. It was clean, had easy parking, nice rooms, the pool was really nice so we could swam with the kids, and the food was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that we paid extra for a "mountain view." While we could see mountains in the distance, we were overlooking a Walmart parking lot.

Overall nice experience except a clogged bathroom toilet and noise complaint when we were in bed sleeping. Walls are too thin evidently for the family next door with noisy children.

The hotel staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. We were staying as a family of four with two rooms. They accommodated everything. The location is quiet, and the building is very clean and new. Shopping and restaurants are very close.

the breakfast was very basic. No bacon and no waffles. kind of a mainstay for most places. The pool water was cold and not so fun for a family stay.

My family and I really enjoyed my stay! Staff was great…everything was clean and the stay was very comfortable! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

We love the Hyatt. They make our family feel right at home minus the downstairs bar tender who tends to ignore you.

Super comfortable. Family friendly. Great pool. Extra stars for offering my baby a high chair at breakfast!! Also loved the options available for breakfast. Something for everyone to enjoy!!

Be prepared to enjoy every word of every conversation everyone is having in rooms beside you and get the added enjoyment of hearing other people's kids reenacting episodes of the Floor is Lava above you stomping around and screaming. The room was really expensive but I didn't remember paying extra for the added sound effects.
