Everything was great for a one night family stay while traveling Rt95. The only drawback was that the included breakfast did not include hot items as lead to believe from another review. It was a continental style breakfast only.

They were doing Major Construction at this hotel. Me and my family checked in and they still chose to place us on the 2nd Floor right next door to all of the construction!! Front Desk staff was Horrible and they didn’t care!!! The House Keeping Staff was great

We found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We will stay here again when we come to visit our family in Fredericksburg.

My only issue was, that it’s a smoke-free facility, and I smelled cigarette and marijuana smoke all night long. I wasn’t able to sleep and screaming kids in the hallway at two and three in the morning.

I liked the location it was 10 minutes away from my family. The room walls could have been cleaner or they need a new paint job.

Réservation wasn’t properly completed. Clercs wanted to charge more for the rooms. Clerc attitude was poor. We choose this location in order for the kids to plaint in the pool after 12 hres in the car. Pool water was green and unusable.

Our stay was nice. The woman at Check in was amazing!! She treated us like we were her family, so helpful and very sweet to our grandkids!! We will be back just to see her!!
